I'm gradually on the mend, I think, but frustrated it can't happen faster. [personal profile] greywash is still on the downward trajectory, sadly. Boooooo.

Oh that’s very good to hear! We’re not completely better but we’re definitely on the mend. I ran 2 miles rather than my normal 5 this morning but being able to run at all is a huge improvement!
