Yeah I was just emailing with a friend that I've been a bit disappointed at the level of Discourse in the KE fandom, just from the corners of it that I've dipped my toe into. Although I have to say, it is AMAZING to encounter a robust fandom centered around femslash!! With full-on novel-length fics! (I wasn't around in the Xena days; I have never beheld this miracle before.)
